In the realm of immigration law, Shari’s innovative legal arguments have resulted in published decisions, as well as oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Shari is a staunch defender of her clients and she treats each case with scrupulous attention.
Shari is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, international travel, furniture refinishing and reading and writing fiction. Shari has traveled to over 20 countries and studied eight foreign languages.
